At Flora Pack, we are excited to be hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team.

This role will provide administrative assistance to our Sales Team by ensuring seamless liaising communications and a creative flair for problem solving and marketing.

We are a family-owned business that sources from a large variety of growers throughout the Niagara region that includes potted and cut flowers.

We supply weekly and holiday crops to our valued US and Canadian customers. Our purpose is to enrich lives with the beauty of flowers and plants.

Core responsibilities:

The Sales Support Specialist provides seamless and effective administrative support to our salespeople.


To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced industry and be comfortable with ever-improving processes.

Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain communications with team members, senior support personnel and suppliers to ensure strong customer relationships.
  • Follow through on all orders, ensuring exceptional service delivery by working in tandem with the
Sales Representative.

  • Assist with customer orders, account statuses and relevant resolutions.
  • Provide data and guides that support the sales team.
  • Stay up to date with new product and feature launches.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Suggest process improvements for bettering customer supports and efficiencies.
  • Strives for a common goal of highquality and maintains a desire to constantly improve quality
(aiming for excellence) while meeting sales targets.

  • Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures relating to safety, employment, and labour standards
  • Create programs and provide creative design to customer specific requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Education

  • Previous experience in a data entry/customer supporting liasion role
  • Experienceand/or education in marketing or design will be considered an asset
  • Driven, resultsoriented professional

Mental/Physical Requirements

  • Cognitive abilities to utilize technology, problem solve, identify opportunities and work under pressure.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time while performing job responsibilities.

Required Work Schedule
Schedule will cooincide with regular office hours M-F, 8-5. This role may require flexible and/or longer hours during busy periods to support business needs.
