Summer Student - Field

Summer students perform a variety of manual and semi-skilled tasks including, but not limited to: equipment and shop maintenance, yard upkeep and supporting our Service and Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Equipment and shop maintenance including:

painting services-

cleaning and organizing facilities and stations-
Yard maintenance including:
lawn mowing-
weed trimming-
hand digging-
raking-
Assisting operations staff with a variety of tasks as directed.
General administrative duties including filing and working with spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

Enrolled as a postsecondary student on a fulltime basis for the winter 2023 semester and returning in the fall of Students must have completed one (1) year of postsecondary education.
Valid Class 5 Driver's licence.
Physically fit.

Additional Information- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters, may be required. Students must be prepared to work outdoors.

Position Details- This is a temporary full time summer student position from May 1, 2023 to August 31, Multiple positions available
