Your role may include, but is not limited to:_
Perform retail transactions using our systems, such as TouchBistro, Clover and Shopify
Assist guests with checking out by providing information and making recommendations on products
Engage with guests and implement softselling techniques while providing outstanding customer service
Collaborate with the Retail and Hospitality team on executing strategies to reach company goals
Assist with packing up orders, local pickup, and taking orders for shipping
Ensure that the retail space is in tiptop condition
Ensure that displays are up to date, and regularly refreshed
Ensure merchandise and apparel items are well stocked and in good condition
Facilitate management of Inventory and Restocking
Perform opening and closing tasks with the Hospitality Team

Driver's License required
Bilingual is considered an asset
Previous experience in the wine or food industry is an asset but not necessary.
Must be over the age of 19.

Salary:
$18.00 per hour
