About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, reports, sharing rules, groups and other declarative administrative tasks, such as building Salesforce Flows and creating fields.
- Utilize dataloader to insert and update data into Salesforce
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Resolve user support tickets
- Assist with release management, including preparation and deployment of Salesforce Changesets as well as maintaining version control.
- Work with end users to troubleshoot their issues and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
- Work independently and guide the other team members.
- Use JIRA and ServiceNow to collaborate and work with other team members and end users.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
- 23 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Sales and Service cloud working experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Sales and Service clouds required.
- Previous experience of using code versioning tools, such as Git/BitBucket is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce CPQ experience a plus.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud a plus.
