About the Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, reports, sharing rules, groups and other declarative administrative tasks, such as building Salesforce Flows and creating fields.
  • Utilize dataloader to insert and update data into Salesforce
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Resolve user support tickets
  • Assist with release management, including preparation and deployment of Salesforce Changesets as well as maintaining version control.
  • Work with end users to troubleshoot their issues and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and guide the other team members.
  • Use JIRA and ServiceNow to collaborate and work with other team members and end users.

Qualifications:


  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
  • 23 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Sales and Service cloud working experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with Sales and Service clouds required.
  • Previous experience of using code versioning tools, such as Git/BitBucket is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience a plus.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud a plus.
