About the Position
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support and assistance to leadership and staff on HR programs, policies and processes.
Your Duties
- Provides HR support to leaders through the recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, prescreen interviewing, selection, reference checks, onboarding and offboarding.
- Requisitions background checks, preemployment testing and personality assessment services.
- Administers benefits enrollments, changes and terminations as per policy.
- Assist in various survey activities, such as new hire or engagement surveys.
- Administer employee rewards programs, such as Service Awards and Employee Referral Program
- Post job advertisements and assist in with recruitment activities as required.
- Draft and distribute letters of employment when requested.
- Maintains employee HRIS database and Company organizational charts, ensuring HR information is updated and reported accurately.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with Force Inspection's Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
Your Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now and Indeed job posting is preferred.
- Must work effectively with business leaders to ensure results among competing priorities.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
- Sound analytical thinking, problem solving, planning, prioritization and execution skills.
- Strong work ethic, with a positive cando attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Selfstarter with strong problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong MS Office skills.
