What we're looking for


InnerSpace is looking for a world class
Marketing Manager to take the lead in our marketing and advertising efforts, overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives.


What you'll do

  • Identify target audiences, establish positioning, and develop creative marketing plans to support business objectives and support various verticals
  • Analyse consumer trends, customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful campaigns and gotomarket strategies
  • Present insights and gotomarket strategies with formal proposals to the management team and provide recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with internal teams to design, test, and evolve leadnurturing tactics
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Develop strategies and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support to drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

  • 45 years of previous work experience in a marketing role in earlystage Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Strong track record in building and executing multichannel campaigns in an Enterprise B2B/ SaaS space
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in creating and executing content and social media calendars
  • Experience in working with and managing vendor relationships
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decisionmaking skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
  • Strong leadership skills (previous experience in a leadership role would be highly desired)
  • Bias towards action and pace.
