AltaGas - Summer Student (Edmonton)

What You'll Do:

Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.
Get handson experience with painting buildings and process piping.
Maintain the plant's aesthetics with grass cutting and cleanup.
Provide administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Assist with organizing the warehouse and stocking shelves.
Support Operations and Maintenance personnel as required.
General site cleanup and disposal.
Engage in special projects to broaden your skills and knowledge.

What You Have:

Currently enrolled in a postsecondary or other educational institution and returning in the Fall of 2024
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
Ability to work from early May to late August A strong safety mindset, and a collaborative team player
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Selfstarter, with a proactive approach.
Familiarity with oil and gas terminology is a bonus.
