Are you an experienced administrator with a background in the construction industry? Join our team as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks including accounting and corporate filing requirements.
If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing, including gathering necessary documents and supporting schedules.
- Utilize Excel proficiently to analyze financial data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
- Manage corporate filing requirements, including maintaining minute books, annual filings, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a detailed task checklist to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and support overall organizational goals.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Experience in construction/real estate preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and compliance regulations is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
$48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
