Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage daytoday operations on construction sites, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards, overseeing construction tasks to guarantee alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout all stages of construction, conducting regular evaluations to promptly identify and address any deficiencies.
• Provide guidance and supervision to onsite personnel, including construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards onsite.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, informing them of project progress, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring their vision is realized to their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, to facilitate smooth project management and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom homes construction, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations, with a focus on quality and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Excellent English proficiency

Salary:
$100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
