Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage daytoday operations on construction sites, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards, overseeing construction tasks to guarantee alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout all stages of construction, conducting regular evaluations to promptly identify and address any deficiencies.
- Provide guidance and supervision to onsite personnel, including construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards onsite.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, informing them of project progress, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring their vision is realized to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, to facilitate smooth project management and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom homes construction, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations, with a focus on quality and safety compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Excellent English proficiency

$100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
