ATTENTION:

THE PRIMARY WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION WILL TRANSITION FROM OUR COBOURG OFFICE TO OUR BRIGHTON OFFICE IN LATE FEBRUARY.

The Project Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and communicating the tasks, timelines, and critical resources for the projects in our roster from their inception through to completion.

Their key deliverables include actioning project launch tasks, establishing internal and external project roles and responsibilities, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams, making and monitoring project tasks in a detailed schedule, and ensuring the client and any external partners are fully supported throughout the duration of the project.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the SLH preconstruction team to determine project requirements, objectives, and critical project resources, such as materials, processes, and people.
  • Confer with the SLH preconstruction team to determine project timelines, communicate them, and adjust them as required to retain project integrity
  • Establish and assign project roles and responsibilities to internal staff and external partners as required to retain project integrity.
  • Compile and disseminate project tasks to the appropriate personnel responsible for their timely completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any projectrelated questions, comments, concerns, and requests for information from SLH staff, external partners, and clients.
  • Communicate consistently amongst SLH staff, external partners, and clients to ensure that each party is supported appropriately throughout the project.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to secure the cohesion of the project team.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
