Dr. Peter Vignjevic Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology is a well established, rapidly growing clinic located in East End Hamilton.

Our office is a fast paced environment consisting of 6 doctors and 4 medical aestheticians. We strive for excellence in patient care.

We are looking for vibrant individuals with medical office experience who are driven and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements:

Available to work day time, early evening
Knowledge of EMR is a must. Telus Pss is an asset
Medical terminology knowledge is an asset
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Proactive, driven and extremely organized
Excellent phone manner
Proven ability to interact in a courteous manner with patients
Easy to talk to, personable and understanding
Quick leaner and possess great computer skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

open and closing of the office. Preparing exam rooms for the day. Closing each room for the day

- welcome patients to the office

Coordinate patient care through the clinic: check in, escort to exam room, check the patient out and book follow up

- answering phones and answering questions/inquiries
- triage, scanning and processing of incoming referrals
- provide assistance to each physician as needed
- sterilization of instruments

Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

- assisting the doctors in exam rooms.
