Description

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the temporary Site Coordinator will manage site related tasks through scheduling, and coordination to ensure AFD's Parsnip site in Prince George is properly maintained and organized.

This position is responsible for ensuring the sites are prepared for the daily activities, verify that loads are being delivered, and that a safe work environment is maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, and overseeing loads being delivered to site.
Verify product tank matches product being delivers to eliminate product mixes.
Resolve onsite issues with as they arise.
Communicate tasks to the rest of the team to ensure they clearly understand their respective roles and responsibilities.
Ensure all personnel follow safety procedures, including the proper use of safety equipment.
Complete weekly site reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
