Role Overview
Corporate Finance Institute is looking for a Learning Design Specialist/Instructional Designer to join our fast-growing team.

We're looking for a passionate and open-minded individual, who will listen and implement different perspectives, is reliable to complete assigned responsibilities before pre-specified deadlines, creative in forming new ideas and opinions, humble in learning and admitting mistakes, and effective in completing work in an ever-changing environment.

What To Expect:

• Identify the most appropriate instructional strategies and modalities to translate content into engaging and effective online learning.
• Collaborate with the SMEs and provide feedback on course storyboard, scripts, case studies, interactions, and exams.
• Use eLearning authoring tools to create interactive content.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing courses; combine surveys and assessment results to implement course improvements.
• Work with business clients on eLearning delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.

Who You Are:

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Proficient with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate) and other technologies related to eLearning development.
• Successful experience working with LMS and CMS programs.
• Knowledge in finance, data analysis, and related fields is an asset.
• Diligent in following content creation processes, very organized
