Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor and Administrative Support. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our dealership. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the RV and Marine industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with order fulfillment
- Organize merchandise displays to attract customers
- Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and internal billing
- Assist with repair scheduling and coordination
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cashiering or sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Excel or other spreadsheet software is a plus
- Knowledge of RV and Marine repair processes is beneficial but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
