    Are you a skilled and reliable handyman looking for work? We're seeking a competent individual to join our team and assist with various pre construction maintenance tasks.
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in construction residential or high rise properties.
    • Fix and install drywall, Parging concrete on building foundations and plumbing and appliance installing
    • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly.
    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
    • Proficiency in PDI Fixes, carpentry, and general maintenance.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
