Clinical Applications Specialist - VL to be located in
Quebec or
Ontario.
As a member of CMSCA, you will be an integral team player in the promotion of our equipment to hospitals and private institutions.
Major Responsibilities
***- Provide demonstration support in hospitals, and other medical facilities.
- Support pre and postsales activities: presentations, installation, training, demonstrations followup and troubleshooting for new and existing customers.
- Support tradeshow and other marketing activities.
- Actively participate in product training for internal and external parties.
- Create/modify of customer facing training manuals and user guides.
- Support in the creation of customer facing presentations.
- Provide and maintain documentation to support customer training and business unit requirements.
- Support RFP commercial responses.
- Communicate regularly with local, modality and management teams.
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively position features and capabilities that represent solutions to customer needs.
- Keep up to date with new products/developments and competitive knowledge.
- Offer feedback to Sales, Service, and Product Management on equipment issues and customer concerns via written and verbal communication.
Position Requirements
***- Minimum 5 years of Interventional Radiology or Cardiology clinical experience as a registered technologist in a hospital environment. Previous Clinical Applications experience an asset.
- MRT (R) and currently registered with CAMRT and/or provincial organization.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Vascular X-Ray imaging.
- CT experience is an asset.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- National coverage may require more than 50% travel.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Appropriately displays professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, customers and other colleagues.
- Works in a wellorganized manner.
- French language is an asset.
