Residential Marketing Coordinator


In this position, the Residential Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing various marketing strategies, with a focus on digital advertising channels such as Google search and display ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and RentSync ad copy and creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for residential properties, focusing on digital advertising channels such as Google search and display ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and RentSync ad copy and creative.
  • Oversee the management of residential websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective lead generation.
  • Utilize creative skills to develop captivating brochures, templates, and other collateral materials.
  • Monitor the performance and constantly optimizing the campaigns based on datadriven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests
  • Launch Marketing assist in the building of new launch campaigns/ads for paid search, YouTube, and display across multiple ad platforms.
  • Stabilized Marketing provide insight into ad performance, suggestions & creating new content to build brand awareness when required.
  • Rentsync platform updates and reporting to the Brand & Community Manager on CRM marketing analytics.
  • Social Media account monitoring & posting (scheduling, creative, copy) across all Residential assets.
  • Additional tasks that may be requested by the Brand & Community Manager

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential marketing.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition marketing running Paid Search, and/or Display campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.
  • Strong tactical knowledge in all social media channels (specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, and YouTube)
  • Graphic design experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to Edmonton occasionally.
