Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Maternity Leave Contract Financial Services Representative to join our team at Petrie Ford, a leading Ford dealership in Ontario.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a range of financial products and services that meet their needs and enhance their overall buying experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding financing and leasing options, extended warranties, and insurance products.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other service providers to ensure we offer the best possible products and services to our customers.
Conduct credit checks and other financial assessments to determine customers' eligibility for financing and leasing.
Negotiate and finalize sales and lease agreements with customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the ownership experience, including assistance with payment options, insurance claims, and other financial matters.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of professionalism and customer service.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to financing, leasing, and insurance products.
Valid OMVIC certification and driver's license.

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
