    Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for purchasing equipment and supplies, while playing an important role in production planning and ensuring smooth operations—from procurement through to shipping.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the purchasing of equipment, supplies and services, ensuring smooth procurement while optimizing inventory levels.
    • Participate in production planning and use of the Syspro ERP system.
    • Implement and monitor performance indicators (costs, pricing, variances).
    • Oversee distribution to customers and warehouses.
    • Source and negotiate with various suppliers and carriers.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Procurement (or equivalent).
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong IT skills and solid knowledge of ERP systems.
    • Bilingual (French/English), spoken and written.
    • Leadership, sound decision‑making skills, excellent interpersonal abilities.
