A law firm located in Vancouver downtown is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. We offer paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and group benefits. Exact compensation will be determined based on experience and level of contribution.

About the Job:

You will work closely with the lawyer and staffs to discuss the scheduling of payments, invoice preparation, and specific client billing procedures.
Ensure proper followup with clients to guarantee a timely and smooth billing process.
Prepare monthly reports detailing accurate accounts and financial records for clients.
Develop a strong team and offer continuous training and team building opportunities.
Keep uptodate client portfolios while monitoring billing schedules.

Ability to interact with lawyer, office staffs and clients in a professional manner

Able to work both independently, and as part of a team
