We are currently seeking an Experienced Carpenter specializing in residential renovations to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will bring expert craftsmanship, precision, and a proactive attitude to help transform homes and elevate living spaces. From framing and trim carpentry to restoration and custom fabrication, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute residential renovation projects (bathrooms, kitchens, garages, additions)
- Supervise and run a crew on job sites
- Organize and coordinate subcontractors as needed
- Obtain and review quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Fully manage day-to-day job site operations
- Maintain and update project documentation daily using Knowify project management software
- Perform demolition, insulation, framing, drywall, and trim work
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks (for small projects)
- Work independently on small projects; coordinate with subcontractors for larger projects
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in residential construction including but not limited to framing, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, flooring installation and tile laying. (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Ability to independently perform demolition, insulation, framing, drywall, trim, and basic plumbing/electrical
- Experience running a crew and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with technology and able to update project management software daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery; ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation and construction estimating processes.
- Skilled in drywall finishing (plastering), stucco application and caulking for seamless finishes.
- Experience with fixture installation such as doors, cabinets, fixtures; metal stud framing; masonry; concrete forming; water damage restoration; mold remediation; plumbing; electrical work; manufacturing; assembly; remodeling; water damage restoration industry experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail on complex projects.
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems; ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on restoration industry standards and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
