The Lounge Agent will take care of the operations on a rotation basis related to the check-in process at the lounge. The job involves overseeing the buffet, replenishing it and servicing guest requests as well as cleaning up tables after client use.
Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to passengers,greeting and introducing themto all aspects of the Lounge product and helping maintain customer loyalty.
