Position Summary
The role of the Recruitment Officer - SCWI is to serve as an ambassador of Confederation College.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Marketing & Recruitment, the incumbent assists with the creation of the college's recruitment plan for full-time and preparatory programs as well as apprenticeship pathways.

In order to meet the goals established in the recruitment plan, the incumbent maintains a continuous up-to-date knowledge on all full-time programs and college services as well as providing proactive academic advisement to prospective students at on and off-campus events and appointments.

This position within the Recruitment team is focused Dual credit programs that are intended to support eligible secondary school students in Ontario, including Indigenous students, French-language students, and students in rural and northern communities, in completing their OSSD and making a successful transition to a college and/or apprenticeship program.

The position entails travel through the province of Ontario that can begin as early as mid-September and last until early November annually, as well as two-three weeks in the spring.
