How you will create impact:
- Contribute to the development and documentation of operations policies and procedures
- Supporting the development and documentation of frontline workflows and procedures
- Working with the leadership team to document business needs
- Gathering available information to prepare summary reports related to key business operation objectives and identify trends and gaps
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks and special projects as needed

To join our team:
- 12 years of experience in Insurance experience with working knowledge of home and auto product suite.
- You have completed postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- You have knowledge of project delivery basics and tools such as JIRA
- Contact Centre experience with multi channel
