How you will create impact:


  • Contribute to the development and documentation of operations policies and procedures
  • Supporting the development and documentation of frontline workflows and procedures
  • Working with the leadership team to document business needs
  • Gathering available information to prepare summary reports related to key business operation objectives and identify trends and gaps
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks and special projects as needed

To join our team:


  • 12 years of experience in Insurance experience with working knowledge of home and auto product suite.
  • You have completed postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • You have knowledge of project delivery basics and tools such as JIRA
  • Contact Centre experience with multi channel
