How you will create impact:

Contribute to the development and documentation of operations policies and procedures
Supporting the development and documentation of frontline workflows and procedures
Working with the leadership team to document business needs
Gathering available information to prepare summary reports related to key business operation objectives and identify trends and gaps
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks and special projects as needed

To join our team:

12 years of experience in Insurance experience with working knowledge of home and auto product suite.
You have completed postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline.
You have knowledge of project delivery basics and tools such as JIRA
Contact Centre experience with multi channel
