I am in real estate sales/investments and looking to continute to grow my personal brand by creating creative content for various social media platforms as a form of marketing/advertising.

• Collaborate with myself to develop creative and engaging content.
• Capture and edit videos from my various construction projects and day to day business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media platform algorithms.
• Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with running Meta and Google advertisements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to have a flexible scheudle and be on the road some days with me as we tour around the city to various projects, meetings, and events.
