The role requires an individual to be extremely organized, have perfect communication skills and the ability to lead/influence a team of 10-20 employees.

The purpose of the Operations Controller is to manage the execution of jobs so that quality and efficiency are continuously increasing.

This will be done through the companies "Lean" philosophy of growing our employees through continuous improvements.

Reporting and tracking of job efficiencyCreating checklists and failsafe programsCreating a quality control programRecognizing employee development of our up and coming superstarsHelping to create a culture of "Lean/Continuous Improvement"Driving quality higherCreating a safety programIncreasing outputCreating a system for synthetic grass installation so that jobs run smoothlyCreating and implementing/managing job plans so that jobs run smoothlyArriving daily at 7amMinimum 40 hours a week
