The Roy Foss Motors Dealership is growing We are looking for mature, customer-centric, enthusiastic Customer Care Specialists to help maintain and grow our service business.


Responsibilities and Duties

Supporting 2 dealerships, this position is responsible for:

  • Focusing on Customer Retention and Business Development
  • Receiving inbound service appointment calls

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service to each and every customer
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented; great follow up

Assets will include:


  • Experience with Reynolds (Ignite), Dealermine (CRM)
  • Experience performing inbound/outbound sales or service calls
  • Excellent telephone demeanor ability to engage the customer
  • At least 13 years customerservice experience
