Elevate is a business management consulting firm. This means we help our clients solve problems. We provide a wide range of services including planning, organizational transformation, change management, stakeholder engagement, procurement and more.

We work on both small short-term projects and large multi-year complex projects.

We are dedicated to understanding the true needs of our clients and working with them to identify optimum solutions tailored to address those needs.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a
Management Consultant, Finance with
demonstrated experience and
education in the following:

Developing complex multi-year, multi-variable economic and/or financial models
Conducting financial reviews, assessments, and analysis, including options identification and analysis; costbenefit analysis, benchmarking, activitybased costing, scenario modelling, and project or program benefit realization
Developing executivelevel presentations, highlighting key issues, risks, and opportunities
Using written and verbal methods to communicate complex concepts and analysis to decisionmakers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Having experience with assessing financial reporting for public sector entities; and recommending cost management strategies and funding models is an asset
Completion of a recognized accounting designation or other relevant education such as MBA or BA/BSc in Economics (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

All our staff are expected to be actively engaged in business development, so an understanding and experience with nurturing and landing new business is desirable.

$89,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
