We're looking for an _
_Account Executive
Inside (Full Cycle Sales) __to join our World Class Sales team._
Location_: _Mississauga, ON_

_How you'll make a huge impact here - and in your career:_
- _
Ensure consistent _
_hunting__/ _
_prospecting__ to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota. _
-
_Account management__ with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth _
- _Develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers' needs._
- _ Researching and analyzing your territory's sales potential, and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization_
- _ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors_

_ So what do you need to do all of this? How about_
- _ University degree required_
- _ Minimum of 1-2 years full sales cycle experience (B2B)_
- _ Experience selling to the Management/ Leadership_
- _ Outstanding presentation skills, communication and rapport building capabilities_
- _ Strong experience surrounding contracts/negotiation_

Salary Range : 53k onwards + Commissions
