• Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently using our practice management software.
• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with billing and financial transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
• Utilize proficient knowledge of dental terminology to assist patients and team members effectively.

• Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with dental practice management software (experience with LiveDDM is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and service.
