Your role is important:


The Counter Paint Sales provides customer service to counter and phone customers by accurately taking customer orders, invoicing, preparing customer orders for delivery/pick-up, paint mixing, receiving stock orders, etc.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice
  • Maintain the paint counter and aisles on a daily basis
  • Greats all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging and welcoming attitude
  • Handle customer transactions; including sales, returns, defectives in a timely manner
  • Adhere to inventory control programs, instock standards and all operating procedures
  • Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions and delivery/pickup of product as required\

Essential qualifications:


  • Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Be courteous and eager in addition of having a good sense of responsibility
  • Some familiarity with autobody paint or automotive retail

From $18.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- g class license (preferred)
- clean driver's abstract (preferred)
