Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant with a hybrid role to support the main Executive but will also include administrative assistance and support to real estate team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as point of contact for phone calls and correspondence. Must be able to handle phone calls/follow up as well
- Oversee all aspects of the administration of the business.
- Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead followup & all office administration.
- Graphic design work and making PowerPoint decks and marketing brochures as well as coordinate the preparation of all listing, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
- Manage client database management program & system
- Manage and update online listings, website, social media accounts
- Track & coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources.
- Coordinate all client & vendor appreciation events.
- Running reports on businesses profits/losses, working with vendors/suppliers, and following up with clients, staff, and managers
- Handling errands and daytoday tasks
Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency and flexibility with different software systems, adobe acrobat, indesign

- MS Office
Preference given to someone who has real estate experience and is looking to GROW together for long term opportunity & growth and is not afraid to step up to challenge.
Position is for either part time or full time, dependent on skillset.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
