Description

NETPAK, a leader in the folding carton manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a
Quality Control Manager for its state of the art facility located in Anjou.

RESPONSIBILITES

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Oversee the quality assurance and quality control activities for all projects
Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine appropriate quality control measures
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish quality objectives and performance metrics
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality control issues and best practices
Investigate customer complaints or nonconformance issues and develop effective corrective actions
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes through data analysis and reporting
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
Experience with QA/QC tools, techniques, and methodologies
At least 5 years
experience in a similar role within the
paper packaging industry is a must:
Education in a related field
Proven track record in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences
Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
Ability to fabricate solutions when faced with unique challenges or constraints
Proficient in using quality management software systems or tools for tracking and reporting purposes
Bilingual both written and oral
