Felix is Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, providing online treatment, prescription delivery and ongoing care across a growing range of categories such as birth control, erectile dysfunction, acne and more.

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our pharmacy team.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Shipping Coordinator will manage packaging and shipping operations for our Ontario location and perform key administrative duties.

The Shipping Coordinator will package and label orders, manage packing supplies and handle shipping questions alongside our customer support team.

Responsibilities:

Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labelling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at the scheduled time
Keep a record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and reorder supplies as needed
Provide tracking information to users
Communicate with the customer service team regarding any shipping issues and returns
Other administrative and clerical work and adhoc tasks as required

Requirements:

At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues
Previous pharmacy experience preferred
Fluent in English
