  • Install, demonstrate, maintain & repair marking, coding & labeling equipment.
  • Train Customer Operator & Maintenance personal.
  • Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms.
  • Assess customer needs and opportunities to optimize their equipment and processes and propose solutions such as preventive maintenance programs, and then communicate information regarding identified improvements to their manager.
  • Share and exchange solutions with other service technicians and sales managers.
  • Attend training and meetings as required by leadership.
  • Assist in officebased duties when not required to be in the field.
  • Keep current on trends from both market & technical standpoints.

If this sounds like you, we want to connect

  • Minimum of 3 years of repair and troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match their solutions with company products/services
  • Proficient with MS Office and experience with ERP Systems (Syteline) a plus
  • Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
  • Manage and prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision
  • Obtain and maintain PMMI certification. This certification is paid for by the company
  • Must have a dependable vehicle and a good driving record
  • Travelling 60% in Canada, US and international occasionally

Academic:
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technician Automation, Electric-mechanical, or equivalent work experience.
