Field Sales Representative to become part of our team.

What are the responsibilities day to day?

  • Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by prospecting new clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio of products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop effective strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating relentless determination and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through training programs and selfdirected learning initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Previous Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the Telecom, Technology, Business Services, Office Solutions, Renewable Energy.
  • Post Secondary Education: Bcomm, BArts, Diploma in relevant field
  • Competitive Spirit: A natural drive to excel and surpass targets, coupled with a hunger for success and financial rewards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Genuine passion for understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service to build longlasting relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, adjusting strategies and priorities as required to meet changing business needs.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive team culture.

$700.00-$1,100.00 per week
