Job Description:


Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the Corporate Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing engaging content that supports the corporate communications strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for executing on internal and external corporate communications deliverables, writing and creating content, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

DXT) and will gain experience working across a diverse set of business lines, including integrated facilities management, workforce accommodations, modular solutions, and forestry services.


The Corporate Communications Coordinator performs some or all of the following duties:

  • Delivering on internal communications activities of Dexterra Group, such as employee engagement campaigns, newsletters, etc.
  • Ensuring that all communications adhere to corporate brand guidelines
  • Producing and distributing weekly media monitoring reports for business leaders
  • Drafting, copyediting, and distributing weekly and quarterly newsletters, corporate website content, news releases, and other corporate communications, as required.
  • Quality assurance of translated corporate communications content
  • Assisting the Communications and Marketing team with ad hoc projects, as required

Qualifications:


You have

  • Post-Secondary education with diploma or degree in communications, journalism, or related field
  • 25 years of professional experience in a communications role
  • Excellent corporate and financial writing skills in both English and French (Canadian)
  • Impeccable copyediting and proofreading skills in both English and French, adhering to CP Style
  • Understanding of SEO and digitalfirst approach to writing
  • Welldeveloped organizational, time management, and decisionmaking skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Meltwater, and WordPress
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills are considered an asset
