Summary


The snow manager's key responsibility is to provide quality and timely 24hr winter service of snow and ice management requirements for customers through the training and supervision of crew leads and crew members in Toronto.

This includes contributing to the planning and execution of work requirements outlined in the contract, providing quality control through site touring and working to maximize the potential of the resources available.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the snow clearing industry
  • Strong knowledge in snow and ice management, best practices
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with a variety of power tools and equipment
  • Leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead multiple crews
  • Able to operate a skid steer and excavator
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid 'G' driver's license
