The Night Shelter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overnight operations at the emergency shelter ensuring the safety security and well-being of clients staff and volunteers.Duties
- Supervise overnight shelter operations to ensure a safe orderly and supportive environment- Monitor client activity and enforce shelter rules policies and curfews consistently respectfully
- Provide direct supervision guidance to overnight staff volunteers
- Respond appropriately emergencies conflicts medical concerns behavioral incidents
