Wilsonart seeks a Customer Service Representative for our new location in the Greater Vancouver area. The warehouse is located in Abbotsford.

Candidates must reside within daily commuting distance or be willing to relocate.This position plays a key role on our small Customer Service team as they directly interact with customers through electronic orders, phone calls, customer inquiries, among other tasks. This role involves extensive data entry into our internal system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties according to specific instructions and established methods
• Enter orders via 10-key into internal systems
• Resolve routine questions and problems via phone/email/occasionally in person
• Assist customer needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

Possess skillset resolving routine queries & issuesExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook & Excel)Ability with data entry (10-key)
