• Create, maintain, and measure the internet department processes.
• Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential
• Daily Direct Follow-Ups with Customers
• Review all incoming sales phone leads and eleads and follow up with customers directly
• Create daily reports and analyses on customer objections (Unsold vehicles)
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports on Traffic, Appointments, Conversations, Closing Ratio and etc.
• Train & Mentor Internet sales staff and conduct sales meetings
• Meet with Internet Sales staff to review performance and plan of action
• Promote and participate in ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
• Attend department and management meetings as required
• Accurately desk and formulate new and used vehicle deals
• Assist Internet Sales staff with completing and closing deals, as well as effective followup
• Ensure Internet sales team members are consistently following processes and procedures
• Monitor the CRM system and make sure all data and notes are up to date.
• Maintain and contribute to a professional working environment, and a positive atmosphere
• Achieve various new and used targets and KPI's while maintaining exceptional CSI
• Assist with the management of inventory and merchandising initiatives and Inventory Inspections
• Monitor and maintain the highest standards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers
• Complete inventory inspections every month this must be done by the 3rd day of the month.
• Motivate and guide the sales team in setting and reaching sales targets on a short and longterm basis
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure an opening for future business proposals and sales offers
• Assist with resolution of customer issues with purchased cars
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer.

• Minimum 3year experience in a car dealership ;
• Superior oral and written communication skills;
• Outstanding organizational abilities;
• Ability to maintain composure in a difficult environment; must thrive under pressure
• Valid OMVIC License
• Valid Ontario Driver's License
