The Payroll & Benefits Officer plays a key role in maintaining, processing, and supporting the payroll and general Human Resources functions.
The Payroll & Benefits Officer is accountable for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintenance of faculty and administration payroll files and preparation of payroll-related remittances.
This position will also provide overall support to the Employee Services department within Human Resources, utilizing SIIT's human resources management system (HRMS).
The Payroll & Benefits Officer is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day processing of payroll, including preparing payroll-related schedules and reconciliations and payment requisitions for payroll remittances.
