Job Purpose:


In this position, you will support the sales operations team by assisting with the launch of Veeva CRM functional solutions.

This will include creating/customizing user guides/user acceptance testing for the launch.


Details (Your Responsibilities):


  • Assist Sales Operations Lead with creating User guide for rollout.
  • Utilize Illuminate to add user training modules for new hire onboarding learning plan.
  • Develop written communications to the sales teams regarding updates.
  • Attend project meetings, partnering with Local Tech for functional testing tasks.
  • Create Test cases, conduct User testing for Veeva functional testing scheduled to launch in 2024.

  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (Microsoft Teams)

  • Effective communicator and project leader
  • Ability to make decisions and not be afraid to ask questions.
  • Works well in a fastpaced environment with multiple ongoing projects.

  • Interested in a career in pharmaceuticals and improving patients' lives.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Having business, sales force, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions exposure would be a definite advantage.
  • Technology solution exposure and/or previous experience with an interest in a career in pharma Tech is a plus
