Administrative Sales Coordinator at our
Calmont Truck Center Edmonton location.
As the manager of first impressions, the
Administrative Sales Coordinator, will be the first point of contact and representation of our organization to customers and the general public.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
- Perform general mail and courier duties, order office and facility supplies.
- Assign stock numbers.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a businesslike image.
- Data base administration.
- Administration of sales files.
- Provides reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
- Performs periodic internal inventory count.
- Reconciliation of daily deposits and cash.
- Tracking and printing concession payments.
- Coordinates and prepares delivery and damage claims for new trucks received.
- Track new and used stock and verifies location.
- Keeping unit Keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
- Updates websites as required.
- Conduct final audit of files prior to the Sales Manager to ensure all documentation is in places including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, ect.
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years related industry experience.
- Valid class 5 Drivers License.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong regard for attendance and punctuality.
- Selfstarter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fastpaced environment.
