Description
As a Salon Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.Your exceptional customer service skills, organizational abilities, and retail experience will contribute to creating a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist stylists and technicians in preparing for client services
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Process retail sales and handle cash transactions
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on salon products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of salon supplies
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of salon products and services is beneficial
Salary:
$19.38-$20.87 per hour
