_ Duties and Responsibilities_

• Working in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, support the events strategy for RSL
• Manage event execution (venue/event logistics, attendee list, and postanalysis)
• Support external tradeshow requests
• Research business and consumer event opportunities and help coordinate team attendance
• Create and disseminate event information to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate team attendance at events and speaking engagements
• Manage an events calendar
• Evaluate the success of each event by completing a thorough postanalysis and ROI
• Create and manage event budgets for each event
• Other duties as assigned

_Skills and Qualifications_

• University Degree with a major in marketing, communications, or event planning
• 4+ years in a marketing and/or event coordinator role, hospitality, tourism or public relations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong people skills with the ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Excellent project management skills
• High attention to detail
• Deadline driven
• Wellorganized with a customerfirst engagement approach and a cando attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Strong understanding of event coordination and marketing principles
