Job summary

We have an opportunity for an Accounting Assistant to join us for up to 18 months. This position focuses on ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of Project Invoicing and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain projects in Deltek
  • Prepare monthly billing review reports and collection reports for Project Managers (PMs) in time for billing meetings
  • Prepare, issue, and file invoices on a monthly basis; assess interest charges, send collection notices and statements
