    Data Entry Specialist

This is the job for you We are currently looking for (3) Data Entry Specialists for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

    What is in it for you:

    Hourly salary of $25 to $28, based on experience.
    6-month contract: possibility of extension or permanent employment.
    Full-time position with daytime schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
    Hybrid work: 2 remote days and 3 office days from Tuesdays to Thursday.

    Responsibilities:

    Set up plans and policies on the administrative system with a high degree of quality.
    Make recommendations for changes and updates to processes.
    Identify areas for process improvements and support development and implementation.
    Provide open and honest feedback to the project team.
    Cross train across different quality work types.
    Collaborate with plan design subject matter experts, team members, and other project resources.
    Manage tight timelines on a multitude of request types.
    Create contractual documents and websites pertaining to the policies.
    Follow appropriate set up processes and steps ensuring quality.
    Actively participate in team discussions, trainings, and meetings.
    Proactively seek information and clarity when questions arise.
    Solicit feedback from team members.
    Ensure conformity with the company's Compliance and Privacy guidelines.
    Strongly adhere to timelines and service level agreements on the requests.

    What you will need to succeed:

    College diploma or related business experience.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
    Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
    Ability to collaborate across departments and locations.
    Ability to work effectively within a team (strong team player).
    Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) - preferred.
    Self-starter with great initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    Positive and productive response to challenges and opportunities.
    Strong mathematical aptitude.
    Resilient and adaptable to change.
    Experience with data entry tasks.
    Experience working in a project environment.
    Adherence to timelines, particularly in working under tight deadlines.
    Familiarity with plan setup and group retirements, with knowledge in pensions or financial matters - preferred.
