Title:

Customer Relation Management (CRM) System Administrator**
Summary:At MPN Capital Markets is seeking an experience CRM System Administrator with at least two years of business reporting experience.

The role plays an integral part in sales and reporting of the company.

The CRM System Administrator works in collaboration with the Sales and Management teams to develop processes and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Through teamwork and collaboration with our team you will support the positioning of MPN Capital Markets as a trusted strategic partner through frequent, timely, and accurate reporting of business development activities and efforts into the corporate CRM system.

Update CRM system with leads, pursuits, and opportunities.
Generate reports from CRM system to support topline reviews with Sales team.
Support growth with Proposal Tracker updates, and monthly forecast reports.
Other activities as required.

Requirements:

Minimum two years related experience working with CRM systems, or an equivalent combination of education.
Demonstrated ability to succeed as a consultant in collaborative problem solving with teammates, clients, and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize and balance sometimes heavy workloads to achieve goals while keeping up with a highly mobile and changing environment.
Must be a highly motivated selfstarter.
Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
Selfmotivated and results driven; prefers to work in a fastpaced environment
Proven prioritization, time management and project management skills
Sales background preferred but not essential

Working conditions:
Working in an office environment 5 days a week
