Description

The Technical Service Representative's role is to be a drilling specialist to support customers in the region and throughout the country as required.

In addition, to ensure business growth by demonstrating products and service superiority.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Champion the sales growth of all RDT products in specific region
Work closely and support the sales team in their marketing efforts of our RDT products
Provide and present detailed service reports on product performance
Develop and recommend technical parameters with key customer contacts
Identify areas for performance improvement and propose solutions to customers
Document competitor activities
Possible vacation relief in other areas

EXPERIENCE:

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Report preparation and presentation Good knowledge of excel, able to run spread sheets and calculations, Word
Experience with grinding equipment and techniques considered an asset
Open pit mining experience would be an asset
Ability to communicate in French would be an asset

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook
